I really like the office there fast and always a appointment available. I really love Rachel Hosley I always request her for my teeth clean. She great. :) will miss her on maternity leave can’t wait til she come back :)

This was my first visit to Graceful Smiles after signing up for a Medicare Advantage Plus plan through Kaiser Permanente. I was due for a routine checkup and had no issues with my teeth. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Some preliminary cleaning was done by a lady whose name I can't recall. I was then seen by Rachel, one of the hygienists, and she took X-rays, cleaned, polished, and examined my teeth. She was very friendly and described everything that she was doing. After that I was seen by Dr. Makkar, one of the dentists, and she explained to me what they had found. One of my teeth had an old large filling in it which was beginning to break down. Dr. Makkar told me that it should have a crown. This did not surprise me since I had been told by the dentist who put that filling in that the tooth would need a crown the next time it needed treatment. Dr. Makkar also noted a cavity. It was in a tooth that had chipped at some point so the fact that there was some decay was not surprising. Every thing was explained and I was provided with a cost estimate. They had an opening and could do the work right away. I agreed and they proceeded with the needed treatment. Dr. Makkar was very friendly and made sure I understood everything. She started with the crown. There is one point in the preparation for the crown when they put something in place and press on it really hard. That was always quite painful when done by all of previous dentists. That was not the case with Dr.Makkar. I felt her pressing on the tooth but there was no pain at all. After that she filled the other tooth which was routine. There was no pain at all during any of the procedures. That really is a first. I am very happy with my treatment at Graceful Smiles.

Dr. Nam and the Staff has shown a caring attitude. The dental services and appointments are managed efficiently. The procedure and it’s impact is well explained and the cooperation of the patient is sought.

Very friendly staff and exponentially services provided. I have a phobia with seeing a dentist as due to past experience. Though at this clinic they made I am comfortably and took really good care of me.

This is a 100% patient-centered facility. Dr. Kim is all out and doing extra for the patient.
